sharing stories to connect people, communities and businesses. I suffered postpartum anxiety after the birth of my daughter and, in an attempt to explain my "tummy knots" to my young son, I began writing Josie's Busy Calendar, my first children’s book. I live and work on the traditional, ancestral and unceded shared territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ilw̓ətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, also known as Vancouver BC.

Josie's Busy Calendar is a children's book about self-care
and managing overwhelm. A perfect story for school-age children, parents and teachers about anxiety in a post-pandemic world.
The MomBabes: A Motherhood Anthology 2 is a special collection of personal essays lovingly crafted 18 by women who invite you to journey with them through their wide spectrum of life and motherhood experiences. The pages explore the places we have stumbled, grown and found beauty. Instead of offering advice, we offer you ourselves.
